We had a decent stay at this hotel in Maui for a large family gathering. The rooms were spacious, but the cleaning schedule was not ideal, especially with an infant. We had a roach in the bathroom on our last day, which was disappointing. The service was excellent overall, though a couple of staff members at the towel gazebo were not as friendly. The location was beautiful with plenty of pools and flowers but a bit far from some areas. The dining options were satisfactory, and the facilities offered were good value for money.

The rooms, located on a high floor, were a good size and suitable for a large family gathering. However, the cleaning every other day was not sufficient, especially with an infant. We even encountered a roach in the bathroom on the last day.

The service was welcoming and friendly overall, with staff ready with our keys and helpful explanations. The staff was excellent and very nice, particularly around 4-5-6 p.m. They even had a cooler full of BBQ stuff, which was a nice touch.

The location was expansive and fun, with beautiful surroundings, multiple pools, and an abundance of flowers. However, it was a bit distant from certain areas on the island, despite being convenient for reaching most locations quickly.

I had a great time at the hotel. The rooms were amazing with accordion doors to the lanai, providing a view of the west Maui mountains. They were very clean, and housekeeping came every other day. The heavy furniture made it feel a bit crowded though. The service was exceptional, with super helpful concierge Lydia making our Maui experience unforgettable. The location was tropical and well-manicured, just 5 minutes from Lahaina. Despite some annoyances, the pools were beautiful with plenty of seating and being right next to Duke's restaurant was convenient. Dining at Duke's was a highlight, and using the kitchen or visiting the supermarket across the street was a plus.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The ocean view suite with 2 beds and 2 baths was amazing, but there were some issues with the maintenance of the pools. The service was top-notch, though some corners seemed to be cut in maintenance.
